| News Parkway is an ideal North West Base for companies on the move!  Orbit Developments’ award winning business centre, Parkway, has signed several new deals recently with national blue chip firms that have chosen this prestigious development for very specific reasons. A boost in business growth in the region has resulted in many national companies, traditionally based in other major centres, choosing Parkway as the hub of their Manchester based operations.Parkway’s popularity has grown locally too. Leigh based Adactus Housing Group which has taken 3,100 sq ft in Parkway 5 on a 10 year lease, is moving out of the City Centre to a new head office at Parkway on Princess Parkway, Fallowfield.
